How long will shipping take?
Once payment has cleared, we will send the order off to our production team to create your doll. These premium dolls are made-to-order to ensure the BEST quality for our customers. Production takes between 7-10 days. Once shipped, you’ll be provided a tracking number so you can make arrangements for her arrival. Your doll will arrive in an unmarked box to maintain discretion. Delivery takes between 5-7 days depending on your location.

Once we receive your approval, your doll will be prepared for shipping by gently wrapping the doll in blankets before it is secured in protective styrofoam, ensuring your package arrives safely. Once shipped, you will receive your package from FedEx within approximately 7 days. Your doll arrives in a discreet, unmarked box to maintain your privacy.
